1 Reason to Stay Steady

Are you sick and tired of those people who tell you to stay steady?

.
.
.

I am. Now I know why I should listen to them. The turtle always wins. It’s been said that every time you read the book “The Tortoise and the Hare” the turtle always wins.

.
.

Now, I must admit that if you hate what you’re doing, if you have NO reason to believe you’ll win in the end or if you’re seeing NO progress then by all means QUIT now.

.

Otherwise, if you’re living your passion, you see why you’re doing what you do and you’re making progress then it’s only a matter of time. Stay faithful on doing the small one or two things you need to do daily to succeed. Three things for over achievers. Poof! One day you’ll wake up a success.

.

There are successful business owners everywhere at the National Speakers Association’s Influence11 Conference. Four days into the event. I have yet to meet a flash in the pan. Every success I see has a track record of 3 actions.

.

#1.  Living their passion.

.

#2.  Working hard

.

#3.  Staying steady.

.
.

Poof!!! Here I sit watching them with mind-blowing content. An incredible business model. And smiling.

.

One speaker I met is Marc Vahanian. Here’s what I learned …

.

.

#1 When building your program: Ask the right people if your material makes sense. IS this something they would pay for?

.
.

#2 Breaking down how to grab opportunity is a niche.

.
.

#3 How do you build your business? Old school man! Ask your network: Know anyone who is in place where they hire what you do?

.
.

#4 What would you do different? Come to NSA Influence11 sooner. Work on quality book sooner.

.
.

All this from a man who just walked by, read my name tag and said “Hi Dale”.

.

Who can you say hi to today? What do you need to do to stay steady today?  Be the turtle.
