  1. Great post! I definitely know what this is like with having Emme and nieces, but for those of you that haven’t experienced that here are some thoughts on what that is like:

You want to protect them from everything and are there for them for everything.
You make sure you are doing 110% for them because they are just little babies!
You make sure they are warm enough, have a clean diaper, and are there to feed them whenever.
You make sure you are there to smile back when they smile or open their eyes.
Whenever they cry, you rush to them with love and an open heart trying to figure out what YOU can do to help them and solve their problem.
And then you brag to everybody you know about what they did amazing today. Never do you bring up the poopies, spit up or crying… because that is what they are supposed to do- their new babies! πŸ™‚

Those are just some of the feelings/thoughts that come with a new baby and you are the bit sister! So translate this to your new team member!! πŸ™‚ It’s really the same thing!!

    Thanks!
    Sarah

  2. This idea has definitely been coming in handy lately with all the new girls in and out of HP. I’ve been training a lot of girls and getting to know them. From just bed cleaners to D angels, remembering that they are going to be part of something with me has made me try a lot harder to get to konw their strengths, weaknesses, likes, dislikes, etc.
