Drop It.

    

For every one new item I add for you to do I want you to drop 5 old items.

Start with dropping the items you do NOT like to do.

All you need to do is please let me know what you are dropping.  Simple.  Easier said than done yet you can do it.

    1. Laundry
    2. Dishes
    3. Cleaning toilets
    4. Brushing and letting out the dog
    5. Getting kids to clean/ organize their rooms

  2. This is an excellent example.

    I will pick-up the other 5. If they are not my strength or passion I will drop them off the goals.

    Otherwise, I will recruit, hire, train and delegate the items.

  3. Im having trouble with this….giving up 5 things for every 1 picked up. See the 5 things at home that get dropped when I pick up more elsewhere, but I know thats not where I need to ‘take a knee too’

    suggestions? or just all about proper delegating, further hiring and training, better planning by myself and tasks with team, etc 🙂 etc
